Account Deletion Policy for Xpital
At Xpital, we value the privacy and control our users have over their personal data. If you wish to delete your account, we provide a simple and transparent process. Please carefully read the terms of our account deletion policy before proceeding.
1. Initiating the Account Deletion Request
- Users who wish to delete their Xpital account can do so by contacting our support team at support@xpital.com. Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line for clarity.
- You will be required to provide your registered email address and other identifying information to authenticate your request.
2. Processing the Account Deletion Request
- Upon receiving your request, our support team will review and confirm the identity of the user initiating the request within 5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirming your account deletion request. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Impact of Account Deletion
- Once your account is deleted, all your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, appointment history, and medical records, will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Any active services, appointments, or data shared with third-party practitioners or vendors through Xpital will also be permanently deleted.
- After account deletion, you will no longer have access to any features or services offered by Xpital.
4. Data Retention for Legal and Regulatory Purposes
- Some of your data may be retained as required by law or for regulatory purposes, including compliance with local healthcare regulations or to settle any outstanding financial issues related to prior services. In such cases, the data will be stored securely and only for the duration necessary.
5. Final Confirmation
- After your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account and associated data have been permanently removed.
6. Reactivation of Deleted Accounts
- Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Users wishing to return to Xpital will need to create a new account and re-enter all necessary details.
